So then why does KWA NOT MAKE G36C MID CAPS THEN????????? that would solve the problem upfront and an easy way to make money. just sayin I've been looking for mags since Christmas 2010 and I have still found nothing that works.

Hi everyone!
Recently me and my friend have made a video compatibility test for magazines and KWA M4 gen2. Here's the link:

We hope you'll find it useful! :D

You're welcome. We also did a review of KWA ptp1911 Mk2 pistol  :D

KWA's m-series are awsome, we have 2 Gen2 and 1 Gen1 in our team and they kick a**.

Looks like G&P must have retool their mold.  I have a bunch of G&P old mid caps here don't work with gen1 nor gen2.

I saw on that King Arms VN midcaps work. But I was just wondering if the standard m4 style works just as well? If this is the wrong place to post this sorry. Thanks!

We didn't have the KA vn style mag, it was G&P. The KA was a standard metal midcap.

I haven't found a solid video to prove that the Magpul M-Version PMag works in a KWA KM4 series rifle so I decided to shoot one.

After a long debate I chose to risk buying a Magpul M-Version PMag to test how it fits and fires in my 2 week old KWA KM4 SR7 DEVGRU.
I've been reading a lot of threads where users go back and forth on if different brand PMags fit in their rifles; the results were mixed.
I knew for certain that the Magpul EMags worked based on the majority of users confirming this.
I also didn't want to buy cheap versions of the PMags just to have a PMag style magazine, I wanted the closest thing.

I decided to take a video of how my brand new Magpul M-Version PMag fits and fires in my KWA KM4 SR7 DEVGRU.
This is my first youtube review so go easy on my Blackberry camera and my amazing narrative, lol

PMag M-Version PMag - Fitting in KWA KM4 Series

PMag M Version PMag Shooting in KWA KM4 Series

I know the shooting video is dark and you can't see the white bb's being fired but I'm confirming it 100% without any misfires or empty shots.
I hope this proves that the Magpul M-Version PMags work flawlessly.
So whats the difference between a regular pmag and a m version pmag?

Magpul redesigned the molds and upgraded the M version (and created the E version) so now the PMAGs (M and E) fit without modification and have a dust cover that can be removed and put on the bottom of the mag for storage like the real steel current version P Mag. The original PMAG is no longer available.

I have some trouble with my PTS EMags. When loading them up the first 10 (or so) BBs go nowhere - either they drop at 5 feet, curve up skywards or anything you can imagine. then after those ~10 initial BBs they all feed/shoot normally. Does this sound like typical overload-feeding issues or rather like something else?

Mags sound like they are over loaded.  I would simply load 10 fewer BB's.

Yes, do not overload, also depends on the weight of BB's,
my m-mags with .3's I put about 90 - 100  with .25's I can get 110 -115

Has anyone had any experience with the Magpul 70rd pmags (the short ones)?  Seems as though my SR10's usage has taken a turn.  Besides being an assault rifle, it seems as though I may need it as a DMR also.  A guy on our team broke his leg in three places so hes out for the summer, and probably at least a year :(  I need some low profile mags encase I am needed as a DM.  They're always nice to have too :)

Can anyone confirm the Mag VN 130 work in the KM16SR12 with the 2GX? I'm building it as a DMR and don't want a big mag sticking out.

Well I'll be testing later this week just got 21 of these I'll let you all know

Yes, I use 75rd Magpul PMAGS and they feed like it was meant to be (Rhyming?) Although they do sell 120rd ones for a higher price. Many colors to choose from :) Good Luck!
