I am going to upgrade to an M130 Spring and I wanted to know exactly everything I will need in order to do this.  I have heard I will need a Zero Cylinder, maybe a vented piston head...?  I want to know every internal part I can get to increase the durability and decrease the effect of the M130 on my gun.  Also, will this upgrade make my internals wear down faster in any way?

Lastly, I use a 9.6V battery not a LiPo.  Will my 9.6 battery be able to effectively cock back the piston all the time with an M130 Spring? Thanks.

Type zero Cylinder is associated with barrel that's  509mm or longer.  don't be so hasty on upgrading your gun.

Really Bro I wouldn't do it. I did exactly that, and wish I hadn't. On mine sometimes the spring gets cocked half-way back, and my motor has trouble pulling it, plus a heavier spring kills the ROF, and it's not really worth it. Other then a bucking, and tight bore inner barrel leave your KWA stock. These things are built tough, and the more you mess around in your gear box the sooner your going to have problems. I would wait untill you have some problems with your earbox, and then fix the problem as well as upgrade the spring if you want. Plus a professional gun tech told me that the upgrade will really have no effect at all on your range, or accuracy. Plus you might have some trouble getting into some fields with a gun shooting that hot. But in order to answer your question, your KWA shouldn't need anything extra to fire the M130 spring

many people have done this upgrade and not had a problem....i am not one of them my gun keeps breaking the plastic cylinder head which is rare i guess....i suggest a metal cylinder head when doing this upgrade just my 2 cents...btw my buddy did the same sp130 spring as me and he has had no problems for the last 5k rounds....me i was lucky to get 1k round before i had a break...

For the record, what broke on your gun, the piston head I assume?

my setup held 80k+ rounds stock  and 30k+ more rounds on an SP130.

*I am still using the stock KWA piston body
