Another vote for the fantastic service and support at KWA!

I recently upgraded the barrel on my KM4A1 to a 6.01.  My experience with Jim Rupe and Geraldine couldn't have been better.  In fact, the help desk has always answered my (sometimes dumb) questions with enthusiasm and interest.  I am an owner of 6 KWA's (until the Specwar is released or maybe even the Formula 5.0) and am a big believer in the importance of the total customer experience and KWA does it right.
