My 12 year-old son just got the new KWA M11A1 NS2 he's been dreaming of and saving for all summer.  And within an hour, it's jammed.  Specifically, he tried to pull the bolt back while the safety was on in preparation to insert a magazine and the bolt is now stuck halfway.  Can't move it in either direction.  Can't move the safety switch.

Is there anything to be done besides requesting an RMA?

I know Allizard can answer this one, but if not we can always get you to send it in to us. Where and when did you purchase the M11a1? What type of bb's and gas are you using?

remove the front receiver pin, lightly separate the halves, it will let go of the bolt.  Undo the safety and careful not to try that again.  Doing so will beat up your main sear.

yes it is (KWA m11a1 NS2 system)... sometimes the nozzle doesn't go all the way back for some reason. When this happens, I have to tilt the gun upside down and cock it then that's when nozzle go all the way back. It only happens sometimes, its kind of weird.
