Hello,

I got a new M9 PTP and I love how it feels, but I have an issue.  The gun does not fire on double action.  Here's my example/situation.  I would rack the slide to load the first bb, then I would put the gun on safe, which drops the hammer.  I would then disengage the safety then attempt to fire.  Pull the trigger and nothing happens.

Does anybody know what's up with it and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks,
afallan

How long long have you had the gun?

Go to www.kwausa.com/support and create a new ticket on our help desk. You can send the gun in for warranty repair and we'll check it out for you.

from the forums, it seems like the m9ptp and m93r series guns you make have a lot of problems. any plans to fix them?

From the forums one would believe that every gun is a problem, remember the forums are here to discuss issues with the products. The amount of guns sold vs. the issues found are still very minimal. We absolutely try to fix any reoccurring issues that are found or reported though. These forums are a great source for us to gain the necessary information to better our products.
