I was wondering if I sent in my m17 would the shop refurbish it? It needs a few parts that are not in the website. The parts are very worn down from the previous owner so i need these parts. thanks, Nick T

As long as your M17 was a complete and genuine KWA pistol, we can service it for you. Register on our Help Desk at www.kwausa.com/support and create a new ticket with what is needed. We will get you an RMA number and have you ship the pistol to us for the service.
Fees are $35 for labor (including small parts) plus $10 to ship back to you. Any major parts needed would be authorized by you before being charged or completing the repair.

Does it matter if the orange tip is gone or do i need to remove the black paint over it?

It is against the law to ship any type of airsoft gun without the orange tip. If items arrive without the orange tip, KWA will paint the tip and return the item without repair at the cost of the user.
You MUST have the orange tip on the product when shipping them in.

So if I had an 509mm barrel in my sr-10 and a mock suppressor to cover the inner barrel, and I wanted to send it in to get work done on it, I would have to remove the suppressor and put on the original flash hider (also meaning I would have to remove the 509mm barrel to replace it with the stock one)?  Not a big inconvenience, but definitely a good thing to know about if I ever need service  ;)
