Spiggy, can you please recommend an approved brand of green gas?

Just use propane dude. It is scientifically the exact same as green gas. The only difference?

Propane:
Better tank (approved) wont blow up
Has a foul odor so you know if something is wrong. This is put in by the manufacturer.
amount of silicon can be regulated

Green Gas:
Crap tank (can)
Has good odor
silicon can not be regulated

Propane makes your house smell bad. I have shot over 150 mags on propane before I encountered issues.

I like using propane but it makes my gun smell bad. I'm getting a can of green gas to freshen it up and maintain the seals in my mag.

That's why u store propane outside. Green gas is propane in a unsafe container

bottling practices changes the formula in the fuel based off location for temperature and elevation.  You can have all sorts of nasty methanes and butanes mixed into it depending on what region you're located.  I wouldn't trust propane just on that sole fact.

If you'd read my earlier posts in this thread, you'd realise that I do use propane already.  I am asking KWA to recommend a brand of green gas because they insist you use it to maintain your warranty - yet they don't seem to want to tell us what brand of green gas to use.  Since there are extensive problems in hops being swelled by silicon, I think it's only fair that KWA recommend a green gas to those who use it.

Well i don't think that they'll be able to tell if your using only propane. Unless you admit to it.

that is beside the point. The point is, there will be some users who wish to use green gas as required by KWA. KWA should name a green gas that they recommend.

Green gas is already hard enough to get. Tiger said he uses Delta gas...you can only get that in the Philippines that I know of. Just experiment with different green gas and find which one does best. Dont lube the MP7 at all just fill the green gas in the mag and that will take care of everything and you wont have to worry about the bucking.

Solved

Hum... No one's ever asked us for the gas

we make gas guns, it's only imperative we have some gas for it too...

Um why the bleep aren't you selling the stuff it probably is way better then the generic crap on most sites. Usually when you buy a can of green gas it is mystery gas you never know what brand or rebrand your going to get airsoft extreme is even honest about it labeling the company as generic. If KWA makes green gas available on its pro shop and KWA registered companys it would be a godsend and I would beable to use a gas that I can trust and not some sloppy generic green gas with too much silicon oil.

And Coleman propane is good and I can't see them selling anything but C3H8 in it and besides I live pretty close to sea level so i don't think they would be adding anything to the gas to change its pressure. Propane with a good adapter and quality silicon oil IMO should not damage an airsoft gun.

But why go throught the trouble of formulating and branding your own green gas if you wernt going to sell it that doesnt seem to make good business sense.

Anyway how well does Abbey Predator Ultra Gas perform in GBB.
