I have a new KP45 Tactical. When empty, the mag that came in the box will lock the slide back. I bought a second mag, and this one doesn't lock the slide back after shooting the last BB. Visual inspection doesn't reveal any differences in the mags. Suggestions...?

play with it a bit.  Out of the box, the follower is still fresh with some sharp corners.  The loading and unloading of the magazine will allow the follower to settle in and make it run smoothly.

That's what happened. I was worried at first. One of the reasons I bought the KWA is that the mags for my WE 1911's are so flaky. The KWA mag works fine now.

what i did for mine is add a little bit moe gas so that when you are out of bb's the magazins still has enough gas to push the slide far enough back
