I want a threaded outer barrel for my M9 to put a "Barrel Extension" on. I was looking at this but i asked evike and they said it doesn't work on the KWA. Is this true?

Is there anything else that will work for the KWA M9 PTP?

no such thing exists on the market as of current.

I would not recommend it either, a heavy weight (such as a barrel extension) will bog down and stop the slide's cyclic action.

On the M9 design it shouldn't bog it down that much though. The M9 seems to be one of the more reliable GBB's for using a mock suppressor simply because the barrel is non-tilting and the top of the slide is exposed so the chamber area does not drag on the inside top of the slide.

It's the tilt and the dragging of the chamber that causes *most* issues with suppressed gas blow backs.

the barrel is a slider type that hangs plastic rails on a metal portion of the frame.  If you introduce a weighted front, it would drag and degrade the rails.  At a certain point, the locking block will stop functioning because the barrel is too deformed.
