It says it has .22/airgun rails that should fit most popular rifles. Will it fit the M4a1???

It should fit. Then again, this type of question is best to ask ASGI directly.

Airgun rails are 13-15mm not 20mm.

If it doesnt fit you can always buy optic mounts for 6-10 USD

.22 isn't metric, should be inches. I guess I will cal them, they have a phone number on the website.

.22/airgun

I may be wrong but thats more like ".22 cal airgun."

The way I look at it... it should fi if the screws go far enough to fit 20mm. but I really woudnt worry about it fitting the 20mm rails or not since there are tons of airsoft mounts sold for around 6-10 usd in ebay ehehehe

Calling is your best bet, ASGI arent big fans of "test use and return" so if it doesn't fit good luck returning it.

You will find out scopes do little if not nothing while in an airsoft war. I opt for a red dot sight if anything, or do what I'm doing and stick with the ironsight, because you don't want to pay for a sight!  :)

Yes you are correct.

Thanks for your help everybody, I purchased a different scope afterall.

The optics are more for identifying targets/show and I will probably get a sniper rifle in the near future.

Yeah, I like reflex, no zoom, wide feild of view, good for close quaters if you ever need to go CQB!

That's a good idea, but in my opinion, the M4a1 is just as good at cqb as it is for sniping. I have a stock m4a1 and it shoots almost as far as my m324 with the teflon mod. But, the m4a1 has auto, which puts it ahead, so I would just stick with the KWA instead of buying another rifle. Or you could get the km16...
