Any news on the SR series barrels?  I contacted EdGI and they said production has resumed and you guys would probably be receiving the first shipment.

Would a TBB in a KWA really be that much difference? I put one in my G36c and it didnt help at all. KWA stock barrels are now made in Japan and are made excellent. If you get one tell me if it helps out any cause from my experience with them I am not getting one again.

Prommy. Idk for almost 100 bucks I have to seem some massive improvement to buy it. Like for my SR12 if it can get me accurate shots up to 250 then I will think about it LOL

I really don't know what difference it would make.  It's near impossible to find out anything in airsoft without just trying it yourself.  If I ever find one for sale, I'll buy it and let you know.

I like KM TN is at par, if not better, compared to proms.
The edgis out are 6.01 and are picky on the bbs. and being 6.01 ID they do get dirty.
Again, like anythig else...maintainance is the key.

My EDGI 6.01 is up for grabs since I wasn't impressed with it's performance. I get MUCH better groupings with my Mad Bull 6.03 (for $35) and the stock 6.05 barrel! I personally don't think ANY barrel will get ANY BB out to 250ft accurately! Due to BB's being round, they are NOT very areo dynamic and become very unstable as they loose velocity. Unlike real rifle bullets, they lack the very aero dynamic "boat tail" design which are rotated in the barrel via "rifling/groves" which acts as a gyro (like a football) to maintain its flight. I may be wrong about my theories, but I was a competition shooter in the military and do have some background with real firearms. Plastic bb's are so light that the slighest movement of wind will affect their trajectory. Real bullets are subject to the same, that's why snipers have to make compensations in their aim based on distance, wind, and temperature. Every element will have an effect on any object traveling through the air. Bottom line, no matter how accurate the BB may be "in" the barrel, once it leaves, mother nature takes over and will dictate where the BB goes!

Update, I just called the EDGI distributor in DE that I purchased it from and they will replace the barrel for me! A+ for customer service at Satoru Industries!

I too would like one for the Sr-10. But, seeing how there still isn't one for the M16 yet still, we can only hope that the new Sr series will be a big step and more accessories will become available.

EDGI can make a barrel for the SR-10 and they do have 509 M16 barrels.  I'm sure KWA will have them and if not you can contact contact EDGI directly and they will have what you need. I have several barrels from them at custom and standard length. Their 6.03 are a lot better in AEGS with high rates of fire and are less prone to the stubborn bb's jamming.  The tighter 6.01's are better for Single semi-auto DMR type weapons. I have  great groupings with these barrels in my KWA's and other weapons.
