So i tried to shoot my m4a1 today.  At first it didn't shoot very far so i tried to adjust the hop up and whenever the bolt cover goes back forward it turns the hop up back down to nothing like its catching on the bottom of the wheel.  I never really messed with the hop up on my other guns cause they are cheap jg's and the bb's just fly anywhere anyway.  Also if i shoot in full auto some bb's just roll out the end of the barrel.  I use ksc perfect .2 bb's.  Is it just to low of a hop up setting?  Thanks for any help.

I think that's a problem. Mine doesn't do that.

Do you still have the warrenty? You might need it.

I'm no expert, just my opinion.

For part with the metal bolt catching on to the hop up dial/adjusters I dont really know for sure to help you, probably a simple fix. However, for the part concerning the hop up, you should try uninstalling the inner barrel unit from the gun and inspect your hop up bucking/rubber. It might have been damaged/ripped for some reason. The bucking is responsible for holding the bb in place as soon as it about to be shot out of the barrel and most importantly it is responsible for applying that backspin it needs to go as far as you wanted it to be.

Steps on how to remove your inner barrel is shown in your user manual that went with the gun. Also, heres some links on how to remove the inner barrel unit if you dont know how.

Also, be careful using KSC bb's, I know they are awesome, but to me it seems that they have been shipping bad batches recently because I have a few bags in which there were "imperfect" bbs along with the perfect looking ones.
If you can, just sort out the ones that still have hints of factory imperfections, seems, injection nipples, holes, etc.
Those might damage your barrel or hop up rubber.

Also if you are the kind of guy who doesnt want to tinker with the insides of the gun for fear of messing up something completely just call KWA Tech Support Guy. His name is Eddie, I believe and he will help you step by step or also he will give you an RMA number so you could return your gun for tech support. The phone number is on the KWAUSA.com website on the top right corner where it says "CUSTOMER SERVICE", click that and under the list of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" it should say contact info, click that and you will find the telephone number.

ok i was able to get my hopup set, I just held the bolt cover out with my finger nail and it seemed to shut nice.  It also doesn't double feed anymore.  The only thing that i noticed was my friend also bought a kwa m4a1 the same time as me and his gearbox is way quieter than mine.  I use kwa perfect .2 bb's and he was using fidragon .25 bb's in his could that be why or is something wrong with it?  Thanks again.
