KWA SPR Mod 0, started life as a KWA SR-7.  Kit has been since uninstalled, shot like crap once I put a M120 and the longer barrel in it.  Which is funny because my SR12 has a M130 in it and shoots PERFECT.  I think poor compression seems to be the problem, but It was nice to look at.

What kind of inner barrel did you use?

Nice CQB...

I would just add a Magpul MOE stock, and get rid of the reflex sight for a replica EOTech or Aimpoint

KWA SR5:

Noveske/Madbull 7.25 rail
JBU 4.75 suppressor
EdGI 6.01/273mm TBB
Real Steel MBUS's
Real Steel AFG
STAR "green label" PMAGS

The MBUS's and the AFG are off my real steel AR15, I'll swap the AFG between the two (because I am too cheap to buy another) but the MBUS's are temporary until I can get another flip up front sight to complement the stock SR5 rear flip up.

Probably will get an Aimpoint replica of some sort in the future.

Very nice.  Looks great.  I was thinking of doing something similar with my SR5.  How was it installing the Noveske rail?

FINALLY! An Sr5 that actually looks usable!

We have an SR5 on out team, and it's just TOO small.. the SR7 is the perfect length for me and this looks close to that.

Love it man.

thanks guys!

drsmith:  It was a pain in the arse...lol...It took some major elblow grease and a strap wrench (that ended up breaking) to get it tight.  I ended up having to shim the barrel with some thin vinyl to take up the slack to get everything tight...but it worked!  The funny thing is that there are other members on this forum (mainly "waffler") who had a much easier time getting his on.  (he has two SR's with Novekse-madbull rails)

jeremy: Yeah, I bought the SR5 to use for cqb, decided after i bought it that I no longer wanted to play cqb (lol), and switched it to a mid range field gun.  Thats when I realized I could fit practically nothing on the 5'' rail.  But with the edgi tbb I can get up to 160ft in effective range, I just needed more realestate on the gun for goodies.

It figures though, I always wanted to get a mk18-esque weapon; was going to get a G&P cqbr, but got the SR5 because I wanted a KWA...then the SR7 came out like a month later...lol...now my gun is sort of a Mk18...ha

is that an M4 cqb with a 12" rail? it looks really good but it would look really really good with a short "barrel extension" coming right out of the RIS. that would look really cool. theres one on here like that if you wanted to see what it looks like. awesome gun though

Looks fantastic man!  I am glad that you were finally able to get that rail on there.  What did you use to inscribe "17" on your rifle.  It makes it look like an issued weapon which is pretty sweet.

^beautiful!

sorry for piss poor photo - iPhone in dark room.  I was in my home office before heading out to work this morning and
saw these three KWA's lined up against the wall and had to take a photo of them!

(left to right) KM4 cqb (with 16" URX G&P upper receiver over to the right), KM4 "recon" (camo) & SR10...
The KM4 CQB with URX upper is a custom build I am working on for a buddy of mine.
10.5 M4 steel barrel with 4" extension to make it a regular M4 (swap out inner barrel of course)
