If you still want a increse in ROF order a small 11.1 battery and a balance charger. Will get you into the 20 somthing rps. A decent motor will also be good.  Check out Brill Armory, A2 long motor.

If I get that motor do I need any other parts or will the gun be fine. Just don't want the gun to shred into pieces

Its a used gun? The motor alone would be fine. Adding a 11.1 is always a risk. But if you want it all like said in opening, thats where you have to go. You might want to take a look at the motor in it now, he may have upgraded it.
