So I got a new sr10 and put about 8,000 rounds through it.

I have 2 questions.

1. Does it already have the 2gx bucking in it?

2. If it does come with the 2gx bucking than what other upgrades should I get to improve range and accuracy with out going too far over 400 FPS .2s (although I mainly use 25s one of my fields makes you chrono with .2) I may be able to get away with 420 FPS

The 2GX bucking has been in the KM4 for several years.  2009 maybe?

You should be pretty near 400fps right now.  Got a chronograph?  A necessary tool when checking velocity, etc.

A tighter barrel will improve accuracy, velocity, and range.  Stock is 6.05mm, the KM Head 6.02mm barrel should "drop in."  The KM Head barrel significantly tightened the groups in my RM4. No messing with the gearbox, etc.  KWA order processing takes no more a week when I order.

There isn't a ton to upgrade really. I have a km4 RIS and I use a 6.03 455 mm tight bore barrel and a g&g green to very satisfying results. As chuck said, the km head will just drop right in.

I would say just use it stock awhile and get to know it. Then try a new barrel/bucking.
