I've been looking to get a longer inner barrel to help with accuracy on my gun and I think I found a good one. I've never dealt with inner barrels so I don't know which do the best, but I want to stick within the 400-430 mm range. Is Lonex a good choice? I'm looking at getting this one. http://www.evike.com/products/46370/
Please let me know if this will be a good choice and if not, what a good alternative would be.

The barrel you linked is for a VSR-10 not a AEG.  This one will work for what you want. http://www.evike.com/products/35957/

Just so you know, the cylinder that come with the CQR is designed to work with the inner barrel that it comes with (363mm). If you extend the inner barrel, you might experience a decrease in FPS.

Yeah, gcw helped me with that in one of the other threads. I was going to get a Type 1 to go with it because he said that that cylinder could support out to 509mm I think he said, which would bump me up to around 380 fps? And as for the cylinder, would the best way to go to get higher fps to be getting a cylinder with no ports at all?

Grab a type 0.5 from KWA for that length barrel.

That would considerably bump up my fps, correct?

Yes.  It would put you in the 380 - 390 range with .20 BBs.
