Thanks so much for the feedback, but a new problem has arise.  When I took out my inner barrel to replace it with longer tightbore, the hopup nub will no longer seat correctly in the lever, is there any way to fix this problem?

Gonna depend on what inner barrel you put in there.  I know the KM-Head barrels are compatible with KWA as I have one in my RM4 using the stock KWA bucking and hopup unit, neither of which has caused my any issues in the RM4 or KM4.  As a matter of fact I have four KWA rifles (where do these all come from!?) and they all use stock buckings and hopups.

Sounds to me as if your hop up lever might not have been all the way in the off position, causing the nub to unseat. Try dialing it off and reseating it before the install.
