It recently put the evo II hopup tensioner & bucking in my lm4. Now, the hopup barely adjusts.it drops .28s down at 150 very sharply. I'm lost at what the problem is. Its installed correctly for sure.

Bend the tensioner arm, very little,  and test.

If you're not getting enough hop, you need to slightly bend the arm up at the end. Too much and back down, but try not to go back and forth, as the arm will break if it's bent too many times.

I did that. Still no difference. Almost like the bucking is to hard to have the arm push down

add a small piece of eletrical tape to the arm? Place it where the arms touches the hop rubber to thicken it up. It will achieve the same result without modifying the arm.

And the reason you put the Evo II hopup tensioner & bucking in your LM4 was?
