Since buying the latest edition of the M93R, I've been wondering how bad of an affect putting it in full auto will do. From what I know with the somewhat older editions, it's not recommended and probably still isn't as it'll wear down the gun.  However, what exactly in the gun gets worn and is it something that can be "easily" replaced?

Also, if I have the gun on burst, but pulling the trigger quickly consistantly so it's shooting similar to full auto, would that cause just as much wear as using the full auto setting?

Take the right side grip off and switch the selector to Semi, 3-burst and full auto, notice the difference on the right side, you will find the reason. In my opinion, shooting fast is totally different from shooting in full auto mode. Part 16 or 61 will be broken easily in full auto mode and part 59 will wear out fast. If these relevant parts are strong enough, it will be no problem no matter what mode you are shooting.

Looking forward to your testing.
