How many of you guys play on an organized team?  How many of you go to your local field where they simply split everyone up?

Personally, I play on a team.  We're not super hardcore, but we are organized.  We have 4 "ground squads" and 1 "air squad."  The ground is split into 4: green (2 + sniper), red (2 + sniper), bravo (4 support), myself (ground leader) + my friend (sniper).  The air is 3 scouts who hang back and give us orders (1, 2, + leader).  Air leader has an ipad with a football play app and he stays way back and plots out the situations as we go if we're playing a private "formal" game.  I call the shots while we advance, air 1 and 2 help me out while air leaders keeps everyone organized and helps if we're really screwed.  When we play capture the flag it's actually really important for us to use this system otherwise we get destroyed lol.

All 15 of us are usually only together during the summer though because most are college students.  Otherwise I play at my local field on occasion or private games.

I would hate to hang back O_o I always have to be up front. I usually only play field games at my church with some friends for now, and we just split up. Since it's field, we all take a part of it with me usually taking the outside cuz the inside is the most wooded. If I hear shots I come running and provide support, but usually I'll call the shots and call out positions. Not too organized, but hey. It's technically a backyard skirmish. Lol I want to join a team really badly though.

I also use the same tactics playing paintball. I always take lead such as around corners, into bunkers, stuff like that. I just like the action and adrenaline rush from it. I could never stay back and command from safety. I take point and provide direction and commands on the ground. I enjoy it more there.

I mostly play at my friend's property and we usually pick teams schoolyard style. If I do play at a field, I usually try to stay with my friends, but I usually end up becoming a lone wolf and going HAM. I really want the experience of an organised team though.

When I play, we try to divide up all the experience so that it's rather fair. I usually play with 2 of my best friends and its normally them verse me, so whatever team I'm on I always have one less lol Last time we played, it was me and one of my friends, and then my other best friend, his girlfriend and her dad on a team and I had the girlfriend's little brother who is like 10. So I'm showin him the ropes :gun:

The guy we have hang back has very bad asthma and is the younger brother of one of the college guys so we accommodated for that.  He's an extremely good chess player too so he enjoys being the strategic point  We're pretty lost in capture the flag without him it's actually really funny to watch.  One time the red squad and my duo backed into each other lol.  The other team was cracking up too much to shoot straight.
