I recently took my LM4 apart to clean the hop-up and I encountered two problems:

Problem 1: During re-assembly, the hop-up sleeve or hood ( the metal piece over the bucking) didn't completely cover the bucking like it did when I first disassembled it. The bucking sticks out 3mm or so past the sleeve.

Problem 2: Also during re-assembly, I had trouble with the bucking turning while I slid the hop-up unit over the bucking and tensioner. I'm not sure how to do this correctly so a assembly guide would be nice! :) Thanks, guys.

Maybe those problems are caused because you put the sleeve upside down. The grooves on the sleeve have different sizes acording to the grooves of the bucking.
Hope it helps :)

I tried both ways. I took a picture of the hop up when I took it apart so I assembled it the same way it looked

Push the bucking back into the housing after you slide the housing over the bucking. You can fine tune the rotation of the bucking after this step.

Alright, will do. I tried to assemble it again, but I couldn't tell if the hop up was adjusting. If so it was a very small amount. How much should it move?

I've tried several times to assemble it. I'm assembling it the same way as the boobies ratech video but the hop up doesn't adjust and over hops my .28s every time.
