I finally got my LM4! I'm having some trouble, though. I've seen videos for them, but I want to be sure I'm watching the right ones.
Problem 1: My bolt catch does not lock back, and doesn't even work to be exact. Doesn't even pop out to catch the bolt, but the part that engaes the bolt catch on the magazine works.
Problem 2: every once and a while the nozzle gets stuck. Can someone please direct me towards the right videos/threads?
Thanks.

New and in warranty?  A trip to KWA is in order.  Let them fix both problems.

No, I bought it second hand. He said it hasn't been fired much because he's in college. Maybe 100 rounds. Break-in period maybe? And one of the mags leaks all the gas out when I put gas in. I know where its coning from, but I don't own a valve key. What can I do to fix it without one? He valve is loose.

Welcome to gas guns.  ;)  A screwdriver often works on the gas valve but a key is a necessary tool.

Does the bolt catch manually grab the bolt when you press on the bottom half and retract the charging handle at the same time?  Works just like the M4 Carbine.  Earlier models won't release the bolt unless you press the top half of the bolt stop.

No, I did the bolt catch mod to make it go up farther. It works when testing but when I put it in it doesn't go up any further.

OK, it's not a stock gun...

If you followed the instructions for the modification exactly it should work.  There are several modifications you need to make to the bolt stop as well as remove a spring and ball-detent.  Review all the steps again.  Even I was able to do this.  ;)

I forgot to bend that arm. I tried bending it with no luck. How'd you do it?

A vise and a pair of pliers worked for me if I remember correctly.

Got it! Its working better. Need to bend the arm a little more. As soon as I get home from this funeral I'm gonna shoot till I run out of bb's.

I'm guessing the arm is a casting so "reform" it carefully.
