I'm working on my friends Asia model SR5... Upgraded with high speed motor, madbull m120, 2 inch outer barrel, 190mm suppressor, and has stock inner barrel... It shooting 380 fps with a .25... I put a new Danco #14 O-ring stretched out and has great compression... The problem is about every 10 to 15 shots a bb goes out about 30 to 40 feet and just drops... This happens weather I'm in semi or full auto... Any suggestions??? Thanks...

Check the cylinder head to see if there is a crack in it.  Eliminate that first.

Do you think the cylinder could be the problem??? It has the top one in this pic... I was a little shocked to see the port so far back for such a short barrel...

Flyers can be caused by many things.
- Ammo.
- Bucking mis-alligned.
- Magazine feeding issue
- Compression consistency issues.
Sometimes, simply adjusting the Hop eliminates the flyers.

Your Barrel and Mock Suppressor combination may have something to do with it as well. If the Muzzles of the Inner Barrel and Mock Suppressor do not match up, causing air turbulence causing issues.
If the Inner Barrel is vibrating and possibly flexing at he muzzle, that may be an issue as well.

So you have some of the same thoughts that I had as well... So I did try 2 different types of bbs one was .20 and the other was .25 and had the same problem... I also did try about 5 or 6 different magazines... I did check the hop up and that looked good but I never did check the bucking... I will check that tomorrow... Also the hop up was effective when adjusted... I agree that there is a compression issue I just have no idea where it might be... I feel like I've eliminated everything that may cause this... As for the inner barrel and suppressor, the suppressor sticks out about an inch longer then the inner barrel so I don't think that is the issue... This is very frustrating!!! I've never had a problem with a gun that I could not figure out... The inner barrel does kinda just sit in the suppressor with out much support, so I will add an O-ring and see if that helps... But I think it may still be the cylinder as I stated before... And the crazy thing is it shoots great 9 out of 10 times!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!

Were the .20 and .25 bb's the same brand? Try a different brand of ammo and see what happens.

The .20 were elite force and the .25 were hailstorm... I have not looked at it at all today... I will be working on it tomorrow night...
