Hey there guys, haven't been around in awhile but thought I'd let you in on a little fix I did this afternoon.

For the past couple months the side-to-side wobble near the rear of my upper-receiver was getting insanely "noticeable". I couldn't find anything on the internet other than the tape solution some others on this forum were doing to fix the rotational wobble most LM4's come with out of the box, but that didn't help my side-to-side issue. I did some tinkering and found a super simple solution with great effect. I did essentially the same thing as the upper-rail shim fix to stop it from wobbling. I loosened the screw on the rear attachment point for the upper-receiver (where the pin goes through) and in the splitting I placed a single AEG gear shim, then tightened her back up.. and voila! No more wobble!

Hope this helps some people, because it sure helped me. :)

I'll throw in an extra pic of both my KWA babies next to eachother for your viewing pleasure. :P

So, essentially, you just put a shim between the halves of the rear receiver tab?
