Do real ones work?  I've seen some pretty sweet ambi ones online lately.

It requires lots of modding. Some people on this forum have done it.

Do you know what needs to be done?  Is it just dremeling?  The Parabellum Armament ones are pretty sick and a gun shop near me is trying to get rid of em like half price.

Too bad. With a little elbow grease they could make pretty sweet charging handles for a decent price.
