AKG or Kriss?

I've been mulling over buying a GBBR for the past few weeks, and the ones I've had my eyes on are the KWA AKG 74 or Kriss Vector. I've heard great things about both guns. Been playing airsoft for probably about 5 years on and off now, but I've never had a reliable gun other than a SOCOM Gear 1911! I have a decent CQB gun (UMAREX UMP .45), but it has its (plentiful) problems. I have a few questions regarding both.
Which one would be a better gun for field but could also be used for CQB?
What is the range compared?
Anything else you could come up with that would be useful would be great.

I no longer own mine, just nothing there for me. The LM4 on the other hand is now a pretty mature product and you should be able to modify it internally to cut the muzzle velocity to under 350fps for indoor play. The RM4 has none of the problems a gas gun has and has some slight recoil too. With the magazine selector set at 30 you'll be required to change magazines frequently too.
