If I purchased a KWA KG36C from Airsoft GI right now, would it have the 2G Bucking and the new Gearbox (The black one) installed?

Also, has anyone used a Madbull Ver. 2 Tight Bore Barrel in their KG36C with the 2G Bucking?

Thanks!

P.S. Why does ASGI call is a MK36C?

I think you would need to ask Airsoft GI if it has the 2G bucking.  They have two versions of the KWA g36c guns listed, but that really doesn't tell you much.  Perhaps you should ask to speak with their tech, impress upon them that you know what the difference is between the two guns and make a decision.  Once you get the gun you can confirm the 2G bucking.  If it's a 1G you can return it or just order a 2G from KWA and install it.

If this sounds like common sense, it's because it's meant to.  No one, and I am not speaking for KWA, can guarantee what a distributor is doing.  And that is why you need to be an educated consumer.

That is something that I will do in a few days, but it will be another two more weeks or so before I can test this configuration.  My neigborhood is not really "airsoft-accommodating"... ;)

You may be familiar that Umarex (A German airsoft, paintball, toy, etc. manufacturer) has acquired the *exclusive* worldwide license to the HK trademark and *all* HK models.

Umarex acquires worldwide HK license

I think it was just a cautionary move to rename the guns to "MK" or "KG."  Evike does the same.

I don't think they have two versions.  I think its just different player packages with like one with a battery and bbs (don't buy cause its a rip off) and one with just the gun itself and nothing more.

Definitely just buy the gun by itself and buy a battery separately because the battery in the players package will be crap.
