I took my rm4 scout out for the first time today.  The buffer tube is loose and rotates slightly.  How do I fix it?

First you take the buffer tube cover off this located at the bottom of the tube the simply take long screwdriver and tighten the the screw in the tube

I'm pretty sure the rm4's buffer tube isn't like the one on a typical aeg.

You will need to tighten the castle nut at the base of the buffer tube.  That requires an armorer's wrench or buffer tube wrench.
