hey guys im having problems with my aeg, i bought a Systema irregular pitch M130 spring and when i installed it and when i shot my gun the piston went all the way back and it just stays there and the whole gearbox gets all jammed and locked. all my internals are stock except for the spring, nothing has been modified or anything like that, just the spring, anyone help me with this problem because i was planning on going to play airsoft next week but after seeing this i wont be able to go. Solutions?

(I use a 9.6 V nunchuck battery by the way)

I have that spring in one of my KWA guns now.
It should not be giving you issues.

Trouble shoot:
- Fully charged battery.
- Motor cashed out.
- Over-Shimming.
- Piston set correctly.
- O-ring set correctly on Piston Head.
- Correct battery amps for that spring. What battery are you using?

Did you blow a fuse when it locked up?.  If not, my guess is the battery isn't strong enough.  How old is the battery?  Do you have access to an 11.1V lipo to try out?

This problem happened to me when I tried installing a M140 into my cqr. Have you been able to unlock the gear box? If not heres a link to the video. Yes I also had to recharge my battery for my gearbox to work without locking up. I'm getting a 9.6v 2000mah battery today so I will tell you if my rof and cycling is better.

Unfortunately the battery didn't help, but what did is changing back to a kwa cqr spring(100?).

Guys my guess is that the battery is the problem, i know all of you are going to hate me for this but i decided to cut a small really small portion of the spring and try it out, it worked but in full auto it sometimes locks the gearbox, when it locked i charged the battery fully and it unlocked the gearbox so i might be getting a new spring and for sure a 11 volt lipo.

This happens to my ris when the battery gets low. The motor tries to go gut the noting budges. Fresh battery unlocks it.
