There out of stock everywhere? Why? Blowback armory has them out of stock matter what their site says. I'm assuming airsplat has them out of stock seeing how their a much bigger retailer than blowback armory. Where can I find one? Why are they all out of stock?

Evike says discontinued, I'd imagine since Magpul ended their Airsoft licensing (or put it on hold at least) that you won't see it for a while. Even the PMAG says discontinued.

That would be a very good guess.

I asked Alex about that and I never got an answer. I really hope that KWA keeps making parts for the P-Mags since they constantly break down. I only have 3 working mags out of 6 and that seems to be a constant. I fix one, another one goes down.

I suppose it's all speculation at this point, but it seems reasonable to think that it's temporarily discontinued. I mean let's not forget the H&K shortage we experienced while that licensing issue was in the air, and of course the KRISS licensing freak out was even worse. Speaking of which... We've never received a straight answer as to what exactly happened between KRISS and KWA. It seems like things were sorted out, but what the heck? Why would they have been so angry in the first place? Could this be a similar issue? We know that Magpul is trying to crack down on counterfeit parts, but maybe there's more to it than that.

I purchased a GI custom RIS KWA. Which is a shame because I wanted the magpul lower receiver which I'm positive you could only get that with the gun. Does anyone have any proof that they discontinued their airsoft line? I emailed the company and got no reply. I'm finding magpul parts still like the MOE stock. If it really is discontinued I'll be placing my purchase soon on that stock.

It was all over the airsoft community this past July.  Here is the article reproduced on one site: http://www.airsoftou...ts-discontinued

Quite puzzling since the PTS line is the cheap, "fake" version of the real Magpul items.

With so many "import" problems I suspect the furniture, sights, etc., are all readily available out of Hong Kong via first class mail.  Maybe even the Magpul receiver(s) which offer only cosmetic changes from standard versions.

Cosmetic reasons sadly is the reason why I want it. I don't want KWA in giant letters on the side.

Well the Magpul logos and style were cool enough, but what really sold me on it was the included MOE furniture and the way that the body is formed near the trigger guard. Personally I despise the way normal M4 trigger guards feel, so having a one piece body/trigger guard makes sense to me. All of the MOE stuff I would have wanted to add later anyway for the same reasons, though I did switch out the front for a free float rail I had laying around. I guess the way I think about it is that if you like those cool features you're probably going to get them later anyway, so why not buy it all together at a lower price? Plus, if I had purchased the standard LM4 I would have been envying that Magpul body pretty quickly.

I agree with you there, love KWA and their products but I wish the receiver was blank.

That article further up for forum says that fakes are coming in and I'm finding hand guards that are around 30 dollars. That's exceptionally cheap for any firearm piece. I've checked and it's not PTS. I might just end up building it myself or put the money in a nice sight because the custom one I ordered from GI airsoft doesn't have any sights. They couldn't of just thrown in a cheap flip sight?
