Hey everyone! I've had my gun for a few years, but I haven't done any major upgrades to it that couldn't be mounted on the rail. I'm finally delving into a new inner barrel and a suppressor, and I just wanted to make sure it will all work correctly.

This is what I'm looking at:
The barrel:  http://www.evike.com/products/30871
The suppressor: http://www.evike.com/products/40480

Will this all work together with my SR10? Thanks so much!

Also, just a side note, this will fit right? : http://www.evike.com/products/28590

I made the mistake of purchasing a lonex flash mag for my gun, and it doesn't fit well at all. It's very difficult to get in and out of it, and I was disappointed. Thank you again!

Hi Jjon43 - Here is what I think.  If you want a kick ass inner barrel DO NOT use the Classic Army. It is too long for a V2 gearbox and not that good with regard to quality.  The longest you could use is a 550MM and that should have a type 0 cylinder.  You can use up to a 509mm with the cylinder in the SR10.  The older SRs came with very, very good inner barrels.  If you must change try the KM Head 6.02  sold in the Pro Shop: http://store.kwausa....arrel509mm.aspx

Pricy but really good.  That said the older SR10s have such a good barrel I might just not change it if I were you.

The extension that you linked to will fit if you get the 14mm negative thread.  I haven't done the math to know if it's the correct length.  I urge you to do that.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for replying!

I think I did the math. It's the inner barrel length listed on the SR10 page of the KWA sight plus the length of the suppressor, correct? And however long that is, is how long the inner barrel can be.

How about this one: http://www.evike.com/products/40455

I'm really not willing to spend that much on the one you said, though.

Hello jjon43,

The real issue is, you cannot just install an inner barrel of any length into any AEG and have it work properly. There is not enough volume in the cylinder of the SR10 to properly push a BB out of a 600mm inner barrel. If you want to use a 550mm inner barrel you'll still need to install a higher volume cylinder (type 0) for your SR10 to be able to use the 550mm length inner barrel.

That inner barrel length is okay. I do not know of the quality of Angel Customs. Also, if you're planning on using your new inner barrel an automatic, I suggest that you do not get a 6.01mm inner diameter barrel. Given the length of the inner barrel, the BB's will hit the sides of the inner barrel from the vibration of the gearbox if fired on automatic. What exactly are you trying to do with your SR10?

I would definetly go with a 509mm madbull tbb. The madbull barrels are awesome in my kwa.
