Hello kwa forum members, I'm new to the forums here and would like to post a question. I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I have a kwa sr12, I love the gun, everything about it is perfect. Except the full stock on this gun. Its makes the gun way to big for me. Standing here only at 5'3. What I would like to know is, is it possilbe for me to change out the full stock and put an adjustable crane stock like the sr10. I have no airsoft dissassembly history, so bare with me.

What would be all the items that I would need to purchase in order to achieve having a crane stock on my sr12? Also if this would be too difficult let me know as I don't wanna break this awesome gun. Thanks for the help!

Changing from a Full Stock to a Crane Stock is the easy part.
- Remove Rear Plate (bottom screw).
- Remove Long Screw inside the Full Stock.
- Remove Full Stock.
- Remove M16 Spacer Ring

- Add M4 Spacer/Sling Adapter
- Add Buffer Tube (Crane Stock Specific Buffer Tube that includes the Half Moon Washer specific to Crane Stocks).

- Connect Wiring.
- Add Crane Stock.
- Secure Rear Plate.

The more complicated part is changing out your wiring connectors to accommodate Crane Stock Wiring.
If you can solder, you are fine. If not, then you either need to have a Tech do it or reconsider changing the rear stock.
Both a Full Stock and Crane Stock gun are wired to the back.
The wiring set-up is just different, however.
