Hey so I had a LM4 and didn't like it so I'm selling it and just bought the MP7. I only go to my local area on Adult Night so there is full auto and NO FPS rules HOOAH. I already am ordering the Angry Gun 6.01 suppressor attachment and a PDI 6.01 inner barrel for replacement with a recoil metal spring guide (I want to have the ability to have a short barreled gun at will that's why I didnt go with the 300+mm barrel). I wanna know... What's the best bucking to order to make this gun shoot as HOT as possible? Also I am open to suggestions to any of the following upgrades! I want to make her stupid fast and reasonably accurate. Thanks so much in advance and I already love this gun and I haven't shot it yet!

It's been a while since I've seen a stock bolt. If I remember correctly, the stock bolt has a fair soft spring on the flute valve. If you replace the spring on the flute valve with a regular KWA flute valve spring, you'll see a significant jump in FPS. I've done this for two of my friends' MP7's as well as my own MP7 and we all shoot around 480 with the stock barrel and stock hop up. Then, to increase the ROF  you'll want to replace the recoil spring with something a little heavier. I am currently using a slightly cut down MP9 recoils spring. You'll also want to get this:

Wow that's awesome! Thanks for the help. I have read more in depth about the TBT suppressors and will prolly put a mock suppressor on and the longer TBT so I don't break my gun. Any other suggestion guys?

My concern is that with a detachable suppressor, there is a big problem with the tension of the spring inside the suppressor pushing the barrel back and destroying the gun over time. Definitely don't want that to happen. Also do you have a link to that regular KWA flute valve spring? I owe you man. lol

Due to the design of the MP7, the inner barrel cannot move any farther back into the gun. An extreme impact would be needed to do so (think steel hammer).

Here is the spring:
