Alright so I just got through upgrading my lm4 with a ra tech 6.01 inner barrel and a Evo 2 hop up, but now when I shoot My gun it jams. Bbs get stuck and broken up in the the hop up area.  I use elite force bbs by the way. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Should I do the mod where I create a groove in my barrel for an o ring to sit behind the brass piece??

Yes, that will likely fix your issues. After doing that particular mod, along with the bolt catch mod, I noticed a massive decrease in jams and double feeds. I have not installed a new barrel yet, but I assume it would work just as well on any barrel.

I have found a c-clip works better than my original idea of an o-ring.
