This was way at the beginning of the thread, but I might as well:

What's with all the damn M4's?!?!?!?!?!?! Would be a lot better if they made a GBB model of a gun like the P90, or FN2000, or the L85A2 AFV(tiny little L85A2, horrible as an AEG because of the battery limits). Who else would sooner buy a GBB P90 than a GBB M4?

I would buy a GBB P90 or L85A2 in a heart beat!
That is, if I hadn't spent all my money on an MP7 already XD

As far as I know, about the only thing that works ok in the cold is a remote N2 (compressed air) tank.  Like in paintball.  The problem there is that it is bulky, the tanks cost a lot and it takes away from the realism.
maybe a copy or redesign of the WE CO2 mags?? i have plenty of those and from what i hear there better than green gas and propane.

i would hope for some sort of chamber in the gun itself that hides and holds a 12 gram co2 cartridge, to cut costs on the mags. if a gas efficient gun using something like that with cheap mags came out, i would be all over it.

The only problem i see with that is i dont know if youd have enough gas (wherever it would be stored) to go through a 300rnd highcap in one fill or whatever. Things id like to see in a KWA GBBR (in general)

-externals similar or equal to the SR series
-NS2 system (duh lol)
-realistic loading/reloading (most GBBR have these, ie. functioning parts)
-if its an armalite varient, a working forward assist like the WE could be cool.
-maybe a way to adjust fps? (aftermarket or otherwise)
-above all...reliability that KWA is known for!

Nah, the "NS2" system is limited to pistol applications. Anything larger than a pistol would require the use of our "FV" (Force Velocity) Engine which is currently in the MP7.

Maybe a CO2 tank that can fit in the buffer tube? it sounds solid to me.

That won't work.  The buffer tube house the recoil spring and the Buffer.  This is how most GBBr simulate recoil on real AR.

Whenever I think of a GBBR, I think of spending excessive amounts of money on mags.... Like the WE scar... 48 bucks a mag     Also I think of getting owned lol cause they are never able to be accurate like AEGs with their stupid hop up systems that are terrible like the WE Scar which is a rubber band with a metal ball.....  If kwa can overcome these problems, THEN YAY!!!! I would grab one the second one comes out!!!

What happens if you remove the buffer spring/tube and replaced it with a small reusable co2 or N2 tank over a LE stock or something? Would it loose all its recoil, or would it be more extreme?

Relax. Thats what my question was about.
I dont understand how it all works. When I hear spring, that to me sounds like something to weaken the recoil like how i think a real gun would. So in my thinking, removing it would mean more recoil.

As in RS, the buffer spring isn't there to reduce recoil. It returns the bolt carrier to the closed position, completing the action of the gun.

Better than a WE or WA GBB M4? This would be tempting to buy...

This all sounds amazingly bad a** but was curious if the roomers around here at my local airsoft shops are true about it only being available to the military and law enforcement? If not are you able to come to the Kwa location and purchase a gun on site?
