Just picked up a nice little KWA M4 CQB model from a user here.
Fielded it today, and would love to make some changes.

My model for trying to get to:

First, I'd love to get a rail system up top (where the battery is held).
My ideal situation is to eventually get a foregrip on that rail system, and even a laser/flashlight for the tactical night games.

Second, tightbore; I do realize I have the CQB model, with the shorter inner barrel. However, included with the gun was a outer barrel extension (which I believe takes it to the stock M4 barrel length).
Would love an upgraded internal barrel (maybe a nice little tightbore?) to swap in for the CQB barrel; and for the big CQB events, I can swap the inner barrel back out to the CQB.

Third, pistol grip.
Good lord, when running and re positioning, the pistol grip feels so bad in my hand, is there anything out there that is nice and soft, or should I get gloves and call it a day?

That should just be about it for now, if you have any suggestions please shoot away!
I'm new but I'm really loving this new hobby!

I agree with acorn, magpul and madbull has really nice external parts like theirs pistol grips, hand guards, stocks and many more parts. my friend has one of the magpul pistol grips and it is the nicest grip i have ever felt so far. the magpul pistol grip is worth looking into but modification had to be done on the heat sink plate though.

If you buy the upgraded metal motor end plate no mods will be needed, at least to the plate.  And the motor will be perfectly aligned.
