Well, first welcome to the KWA Forums.  Without seeing the take down pins it is hard to tell you how to get them off.  You could drill a pilot hole and use a screw extractor.  Or perhaps turn the screw with a pair of pliers.  Regarding the receiver, I would either get a new plastic one from KWA or better yet order a replacement metal lower from KWA.  No other brands except TM fit without mods and at that the TM's are expensive an difficult to come by.

Hope this helps.

KWA Pro Shop probably has some metal Lower receivers you can buy.
Give them a call. 1.626.581.1777 (Voice)

To remove the take-down pins:
- Use your allen wrench to secure one in place.
Do so by pressing in with a lot of pressure.
- Use a pair of pliers (I use needle nose pliers for this).
Secure a hold on the OD of the second take-down pin.
- Turn the take-down pin with the pliers.
It should loosen and remove. My take some patience and extra effort.

I was going to mention you have to hold both sides of the body pins to remove and secure.  I have a CQR and noticed the pins don't just push out like all the other m4's I have owned.

Hay and one more thing after I get these takedown pins removed does anyone know if there are better ones that won't strip out on me like the ones you just push out or something like that
