When you install a metal outer barrel you need to make sure part 50 is in and flush with the rest of the barrel or else it will be hard getting the barrel in and out of the slide as shown in your video, but you don't even have the part... (and it seems to me that your outer barrel is the original plastic one) which makes me wonder why it's so tight when you're trying to remove the barrel from the slide.....Did you lose part 50?
The inner barrel shouldn't be able to rotate entirely. The arm that secures the inner barrel and prevents it from moving needs to be seated properly, like GCW said. I would take apart your barrel one more time and put it back together, making sure everything is in the right spot. Because your inner barrel isn't secured properly, I'd guess that'd be the reason why your gun isn't shooting accurately.
