Could be.  More likely a KSC though.  FYI, it was made by KWA.

Thats what I thought at first, but it has a metal non trademarked slide not a plastic one.

KSC and KWA are both metal slides not plastic so that makes sense.  Non-traded could be a KSC US Import.  But without seeing it it's hard to say.

Here it is, after looking at it I believe its a M19 due to the shorter barrel and rail. Also the slide on it is the original. He just sanded it down to make it a two-tone originaly it was just black. Sorry couldn't figure out how to exactly add photos so I just put a link in for the pics.

The trigger safety leads me to KSC but the non trademarks leads me to KWA. A couple identifcation questions:
1.Was the Orange Tip painted on slide or did it have an orange barrel plug?
2.Does the mag have GLOCK trademarks?
3. What did he pay for it?

And to confirm yes its a M17/M19.

The trigger safety is non-operational. The slide was originally painted orange due to inside of slide still having orange residue. The mag has no trademarks, and he did not pay for it he got it in a trade knowing it would need some TLC.
