Since the Kwa G36C has a version 3 gearbox in it, can it handle and lastlonger with a m130 or m140 spring in it than the version 2 gearboxes in the m4/16? thanks.

Yes it will, but please don't use full auto Tayler. Why do you need that kind of FPS?

It really isn't worth it for the small time diffence...0.2 bbs lose 100 FPS in 20 feet... all bbs slow down over distance, and, in the end, the time difference will be very small.

Airsoft isn't as tactical and realistic in the way that you are putting it.

not to mention that upping the fps means that in order to keep accuracy you have to use heavier ammo that brings the fps back down to what it was before if not lower.

the energy is still there though, which is what makes the upgrade a potential safety concern

not to mention the added wear and tear and lowered life expectancy of the weapon

There is also no point in upgrading to that. Because Almost every airsoft league I know of has a limit of 400 or lower.  Due to the saftey conccerns.  Just save yourselve the time, money, and hassle. THere is NO point to upgrading your gun that high.
