is the kwa atp version good. I really want one. And scratch that. I know that it is good because it is a kwa but are their still some minor flaws in the version 2 atp? Thank you for responding.

Version two?  There have been several iterations and changes since the ATP's launch.  Are you looking to buy new?  If so, the latest versions are working great by all accounts. I personally have the first version and it is now my "go to" side arm.

They are both improved/refined if you will, and very different guns.  I like both and both are performing quite well.

I have both and it all depends on what you want. The 226 is all metal and has a more pronounced recoil. Especially if you put an upgraded recoil spring in it. I prefer the ATP though mainly because I use my Glocks and M&P real steel for ccw. Also the ATP seems to have better options for upgrades due to the fact that it shares a lot of parts with the m series pistols.

I too love my ATP! And it's the 1st version when it first came out.
