Another simple fix is to ensure that one of the teeth from the adjuster (not the valve) is facing the bottom of the piston opening. This also stops the nozzle from jumping around in there and its free.

So I've gone through the whole tread just now

I'm not sure about a fee things: what are the two holes you guys keep referring to that needs to be plugged? I haven't looked at my NPAS in a while but I really can't see what or where they are

My npas came assembled and I just dropped it in; no floating parts at all in the package either: no extra c-clip and what not whatsoever

I put the HFT P014 oring on it; had to push the nozzle quite hard in the BCG to fit the c-clip, but it seems to work fine, beside potentially giving way too much power at its highest.

I ordered a chrono and will get back with actual numbers when I get it
