Maybe something is wrong with your hop-up dial/hood?

Possibly. Its hard to tell if it is actually adjusting the nub when I have the barrel and unit removed from the gun.

I just picked up a couple of these ^^ as well.

Tossed one into my Vector and noticed that my hop dial no longer clicks when I adjust the hop on or off. Without the bucking and arm it will still click so I believe my hop dial is still in good shape. I turned the hop all the way off, loaded up some .25's and off they flew straight up to the sky almost immediately out of the barrel. I tried KSC Perfect .30's and had the same results. I'm shooting at 280 fps with .20's, everything is stock aside from the first generation MP7 rocket valve I installed.

I may try a combination of the stock hop arm with the Maple Leaf bucking or the new arm with stock bucking. It's likely I will just swap back to the OEM bucking/arm as I only use my Vector for CQB. I will be trying one of these out in my LM4, here's hoping for Boobie-like results!

As of now these tensioners are fantastic! I had the rat blue bucking in it and it was under performing. I swapped to the maple leaf bucking and it is noticeably better than the stock configuration.

So can we just buy those parts and not the whole barrel assembly with the pistol kits? I wasn't sure if they'd be the same.

I installed this kit to 3 KSC/KWA GBBs. It improved the accuracy significantly in one, it hardly did something in an another. Third one is yet to be tested.

I just order several of the EVOII units for installation into my ATPs and LM4s. I'll post how they work for me once I get them in.

Here are my results:

LM4, standard length barrel, RA-Tech TBB, Maple Leaf arm and bucking:
--Low-power bolt (shooting 330fps with .20's) - ~220ft with EF .32's (~1.1J's)
--High power bolt (shooting 440fps with .20's) - ~250ft with EF .32's (~1.9J's)

Combat effective up to 200ft, which is WAY better than I was achieving.  Beyond that and the BB's lose their grouping, BUT one could still suppress no problem.  I am very happy with the results.

When I get around to it, I'll post up the results for my SBR.

I bought 8 units that will go into 2 ATPs, 1 M17, 1 M19, and 4 LM4s. Will install them when they arrive and report back.

I'm actually interested in knowing how well it works with the m19. I was thinking of getting two, one for the m19 and one for the lm4.

Although I'm shooting quite a bit faster (~2.6J), I can confirm a combat effective range of around 200 feet with a ~1 foot grouping, with a max range of around 300 feet with around a 2 - 3 foot grouping (Shooting ~415 fps w/ .32).
From my testing it seems that the increase in range came from the 6.01 363mm RA-Tech barrel, as I initially tested the barrel with the stock hop up bucking and arm, with the greater accuracy coming from the EVOII kit (including the maple leaf bucking).
In my case I had ridiculous overhop requiring me to bend the arm slightly down to achieve a flat trajectory with .32's. I did it while it was installed by using a small flat head screw driver and applying downward pressure to the end of the arm from the top down.

I should have added that I was getting ~1ft groupings at 200ft, as well.
