So I wonder how good of a job this one will do with destroying our guns.

Also I've never put much confidence in 2 piece inner barrels. I rather wait for a 1 piece long tighbore ;)

TRADEMARKS? ...not sure how it may violate the copyrights with KWA/Defiance here in the US... I'm expecting KWA to come out with these cans (under their Defiance partnership) later as well... meaning: I would not buy one of these as they've already jammed up MP7s and MP9s alike. Let's wait for an authentically licensed replica made by KWA/Defiance-- if there ever will be one. :)

Is it me, or all of the Angry Gun products have this "As Seen on TV" feel to them? They all seemed pretty cool in the demos but in reality most of them don't really work that well. Cases in point:  MP7 barrel extensions, WE recoil kits, mp7 magazines…

Yeah, I'm pretty concerned about where the 2 inner barrels will meet up.   The slightest variance and that BB is getting chopped or caught or jammed. There is another company called TAF that is making a regular 16mm cw [barrel extension] for it... It has the look of the Defiance without the trades (It has the specs etched on it but no company name.)   This is where I would dump my cash if I was desperately in need because you could either use a long tightbore when it came out.

TAF is also working on a longer tight bore inner barrel with hop up kit for KRISS VECTOR to go with their product:

The problems we've experienced, and I'm not speaking for everyone, aren't really performance problems, but problems with Angry Gun products, specifically the power-up extensions, breaking our guns over time. The force in the spring that holds the barrels tight together will over time pretty much push the barrel backwards.

My god, a tightbore and hop up kit? Hopefully a short version comes out, I'd like the ability to run it without a barrel extension.

My findings so far.... When I got my KRISS it shot 420FPS easily.   I got the power-up kit with trades and began experimenting with it.

I had about 520 FPS.   I shot about 5 mags through it.  Removed it.  Checked FPS without it and it was the same about 420FPS

But after storing for a week with the angry gun kit on the KRISS, I shot it today and it only shot about 480 with it installed.   I removed the extension and it is firing 380.

I cleaned the barrel and checked the hop up.   Chrono was still at 380.

Something may be happening here.   I'd like to open this up and check it out.  See if any damage is happening to the hop bucking. Maybe the barrel is being pushed back.

Did you record the temperature when you did the chrono? This is a gas gun, after all.

___________

Also, with all the talk about accuracy being affected, it'd be great if someone who owns one could do a shot group comparison at a decent range.

Finally got one a few days ago. I have to say that the KRISS version is way way better than the MP7 version. This one is literally attach and shoot unlike the MP7 wherein you have to rotate it to a certain point and fire several shot to see if the bbs are shooting straight.
The Kriss version has good accuracy(although there are some flyaways which cant be helped on long range))and LOOOOOONG range. But you have to be aware that because of the additional power the flight of the BBs will be altered drastically, since i have a 1-4x scope with bullet drop compensator turrets on my scope i have observed that zero with the suppressor on will be different without it. So i just zeroed my scope with the farthest target i can reach with the suppressor on and adjust accordingly with the bullet drop compensator without it and presto.... Sniper SMG.
Also the tension on the spring of the suppressors innerbarrel is lighter compared with the MP7 so it doesn't push as much to the guns inner barrel. But to be on the safe side i don't leave the suppressor on if i don't need it since i can attach it anytime and not worry if im going to have many flyaways.
Here is a video of the power after firing more the 2 loads and allowing for the cool down to dissappear then chronoed again.

Seems like going this route with RA-Tech might be safer. Not sure about availability. Looks like the carbine version Kriss.  http://en.ratech.com...ries&Itemid=159
