Hi wkim welcome to the forums. Has it been 45 days since the gun was purchased from an authorized KWA reseller? If so, hop on the help desk and submit a ticket and they'll most likely cover the part under warranty. www.kwausa.com/support

If not, you're going to need to buy a new cylinder. Here's the link:

You will have to pop out the bar that retains the rocket valve and rocket valve spring and switch it out into the new cylinder. And I'd recommend buying extra cylinder return springs just for safety. Here's the link:

Since the cylinder is out of stock on the online pro shop, I'd recommend giving KWA a call to see if they've got some in stock. Sometimes the online pro shop isn't always updated. KWA's number is 626-581-1777, open Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST, closed weekends and holidays. When ordering be sure to have the part numbers for the parts you need ready. Hope you can get your gun fixed quick!

Just keep trying different hex keys/allen wrenches until one fits securely. I will give you a definite answer in the morning.

If the gun is under warranty stop messing with it and get it back to KWA proper repair.

If it's not under warranty and you can do the repair yourself, it is a 3/32 size hex key.
