As you know Umarex canceled their contract with KWA, therefore there will be no more HK products. I own a MP7 by KWA and I am worried that the receiver will eventually crack, as I have heard of multiple incidence of that happening. I know that currently you can only buy another one by calling to KWA directly. Will KWA still be making replacement receivers in the future or should I consider purchasing them now while they last.
Thank you in advance

Welcome to the forum :)

KWA will continue to service the guns as they have done with other discontinued products.  In the event that your receiver cracks, you can either call and see if they have another or send it to them.  Although I have not heard of this problem before.  What causes it?

As long as the inner frame doesn't break, I'm sure the gun will be okay.

^ That link is for buying an extra inner frame. If need be, you can call KWA and ask if they also sell the outer shell. Their number is 626-581-1777, open mon-fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST, closed weekends and holidays.

Maybe you should also look into replacing the rubber buffer of the KMP7 with Sorbothane. Supposedly, Sorbo absorbs over 90% of  the force from impact and dissipates it. Same reason why people use Sorbothane on AEG cylinder heads....keep the gearbox shell from cracking.
