Really? A KWA/KSC (!) GBB MASADA?!?! Ugh, the universe hates me. On a completely unrelated note, come late 2013 does anyone want to buy my PTS MASADA and LM4. They'll be in good condition because I'm not going to use them anymore as I'll be too busy crying about the fact that Magpul PTS, KWA, and the universe hate me and want me to spend more moneys on airsoft.

It's decided, I'm not getting any uppers until that Mega Arms one is released. I can't wait for a one piece upper receiver. They probably are producing a Mega Arms receiver instead of Vltor because of licensing. I talked to Madbull a little while ago and they said that their license for the MUR is from Noveske, not Vltor. Either way the Mega Arms upper is f***ing sick!

As for the ACR, also super excited. I hope they also release an AKM version. It would be awesome to have an LM4, AKG and a tacticool platform that used both.

From what I assume, the Masada will take LM4 magazines, if that's the case then I may purchase one when it's released.

Yeah I saw that in the video and while I figured it would use the LM4 mags, you never know haha.

This came up on the PTS FB page recently. It's an AEG but it shows that PTS is working toward billet receivers for airsoft guns. Things are looking good!

On one hand it is great to see lowers being developed for the platform but on the other hand we will see tolerance problems.  Case in point, the WA platform has tons of third party lowers where the magazine catch is just slightly off from one to the next causing magazine height problems.  I am running into this right now with GHK C02 mags and Prime lowers.

KWA needs to police these MFG's rigorously so this doesn't happen.

I think that KWA is producing all these products. They currently produce the LM4 Magpul lower for PTS. I would assume they continue to produce the PTS receivers. Hopefully they improve their paint or use a better finish like anodizing.

I agree, the Masada will probably use LM4 magazines and hopefully AKG magazines (if an AKM lower or the AKG for that matter is ever released).

It's interesting that the PTS receiver says "IRA-XD". From what I can tell, the real steel says "IRA-10D". http://www.ironridge...a-x-bare-lower/

AKM is in consideration also supposedly the LM4 has a new costing process that should be more durable.

It's not a one piece upper at all. It's a Rainier Arms rail with Mega billet upper. This is a Mega Monolithic upper:

Do you guys think that they'll make a KSC and KWA version being that the American KWA is made to different, ATF compliant specs?

I can almost guarantee it. There are three reasons; 1) There are already two versions of PTS's Magpul lower. 2) The ATF considers the KSC spec lower to be a firearm and therefore it would be illegal to sell them in airsoft store (unless they had an FFL). 3) PTS is going to want to make sure they accessories are compatible with existing systems.

I really curious as to the recoil on the Masada with the lack of a buffer tube and buffer.  I am going to preorder either way, but its something that has me thinking.

Are you concerned for not enough kick? It has a similar bolt to a SCAR. I know the WE SCAR has a ton of kick.

LOL, I own a SCAR and agree it has a ton of kick.  The BCG on the SCAR practically travels the who length of the gun, while the LM4 has a completely different BCG, much smaller with less mass and without the buffer tube, MUCH LESS TRAVEL.  Just curious as to how it will produce descent recoil with such a short amount of real estate.
