All I can say is...SICK. saw this on Magpul PTS facebook page and they're saying it's going to be a KWA produced model and should hopefully be out this year.

Mega Arms has some of the best billet receivers on the AR market. I was going to do a .308 build off the Ma Ten receiver but then the gun control hype gouged the prices of everything :(

The only KWA reference in the pic is "KWA GBB system" the rest of the gun looks to be aftermarket.

"The Airsoft gun will be build by KWA! Product accessories will be subject to final confirmation!"
"...we don't have a detail plan at the moment! This gunis prototype only! But should be launch at 2013!"
"The free float rail system and STRstock can buy separately once it's available"

Those were the comments from PTS, the sections that I highlighted bold make me believe it's a complete build. Though I could be wrong, either way a complete gun or just accessories would be great.

They should build a full length M-16 or get the Ak74 AKG out IMHO. While this is nice, it doesnt screem different that the custom LM4s we are building now.

It's not a monolithic rail system. Mega arms used to make single piece uppers but I think LMT threatened copyright infringement.

USMC is saying he believes its 1-piece and judging by the photos, it looks 1-piece.

Oh if that's the case then I'll definitely be getting one. My top rail snapped in half because of my flip to side magnifier that requires some brute force to move :(

I wonder if KWA can comment in regards to if these guns will be the 2nd Generation of LM4s, containing updated features.

The more I study the Mega Arms rifle, the more it seems to be like a possibility. The real Mega Arms GTR-3H Receiver has 3 lines of text underneath the logo. This one had the 3rd line, the serial number, omitted. To my knowledge, ALL GTR-3H Receivers have serial numbers. Now comes the painstaking part of how long it'll take...

At the same time, it's confusing me why PTS would build a Mega Arms receiver... Why not build a much more commonly known billet receiver like VLTOR's MUR series? PTS has a long history of producing VLTOR uppers mixed with Magpul lowers so why not make a LM4 version? Mega Arms makes great products but they're a very, very small company...

Maybe they're saving the best for last? Who knows... The LM4 Series looks to be something that's going to branch out in many different directions, whether they make receivers by Mega Arms, Magpul lower receivers, or perhaps even the possibility of a potential VLTOR receiver, I'm sure KWA is taking their time to ensure each receives a proper product launch, with increasing hype and anticipation with every new sub-project they launch within the LM4 Series.

IN ANY CASE:
2013 just got a whole lot better. :gun:

Agreed. I love KWA but why must they torture us with these waits D: anyways, if they do produce this receiver, I will definitely be buying one.

I'm already selling my KM4 RIS and will soon sell my LM4 as soon as this thing comes out!
