Hi Section, welcome to the forums. How does the gun jam? Does the cylinder stick out and not fully return to the rear-ward position? If so, check if the gas outlet port on the top of the magazine is torn.

Not that shouldnt happen. Check the feeding lip and mag lip for any deformities

What exactly is jamming?  How is the gun jamming?

Since airsoft guns do not use cartridges, only "bullets" this has to be a Failure to Feed.  But unless it's trying to feed more than one BB it's not any sort of "jam."

The magazine is the weak point of any magazine fed gun, airsoft or cartrige.  Proper lubrication is also necessary.  And gas in the magazine for an airsoft gun.

Start by ensuring the magazine is not damaged and is completely full of green gas.  Can't over fill it so hold in in the mag for 30+ seconds.

The Mark-series magazine is single stack so staggered loading is not a problem but Walmart/Dicks BBs can be a real problem.

Just light lube on the sliding surfaces is all that's necessary.  Use the silicone that came with the gun.
