I recently was able to get my hands on a M17 and would like to add some parts to make it more my own.

The two in question are the
Shooters Design Glock Metal Slide (two tone)
http://shop.ehobbyas...gbb-2-tone.html

and the EA Strike Front Compensator for M17 / G18C
http://shop.ehobbyas...r-g17-g18c.html

I'm not as familiar with the specs of the M series and don't know if the Shooters Design slide designed for TMs would work for my needs.

If it wouldn''t work what would you guys suggest as a good alternative?

Items for the TM line are not compatible with the KWA M Series pistols.

I believe youd have more luck if you searched for parts compatible with the KSC glock series.

Yea I found one that matches that bill.

Its missing the black slide serations but I may just add those myself. It mentions being suitable for KSC M17s. And the price isn't too offensive. Only real worry would be that it would get claimed at customs for having the Glock trades.

I know guns are a big worry but has anyone had a issue getting smaller Glock parts from overseas?

A forum user here purchased one of those sets off ehobbyasia and had no trouble getting those parts into one of the five boroughs of New York City.

I've bought an m18c slide/barrel from ehobby and as prime m34 slide/barrel from red wolf both sent directly to NJ with no problems. Also had other trademarked items (mags and base plates) arrive no problems.

edit: BTW the slide and barrel may need a little filing for a smoother action. Others have reported that it drops in no problem. For me after some filing and sanding the PGC's fit and slide action is butter smooth
